    See those little pies? I make a similar one now. Call them Zody’s Red Wagon Pies. Just a couple of bites. I guess in the 50s and 60s they called these tarts.

    Happy Memorial Day. My mom used to bake tarts in muffin tins. Usually lemon meringue, chocolate cream, or coconut cream. Mmm. I miss those little pies!

      There are places in this country that have cheese with apple pie. I’ve never figured it out, but I know there are people who like it.
