5.33 oz canned evaporated milk
3 tbsp brandy
½ cup ground peanuts
¾ cup milk
2 Egg whites
1 tbsp sugarcan use up to 2 tablespoons if necessary
Cinnamon
Mint sprigs

Place evaporated milk, milk, egg whites, brandy and sugar in blender container; cover.

Blend on medium speed 30 secs. Stir in peanuts.

Pour over ice cubes and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
