Happy Friday! It’s time for a cocktail!
This week we made Pink Pussycat, mostly because we had pineapple juice on hand.
Pink Pussycat

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 jiggers vodka
- 1 tsp maraschino liqueur
- Pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp grenadine
Instructions
- Pour vodka and maraschino into 8-ounce highball glass; fill with ice and stir; fill up with pineapple juice and float grenadine on top; stir lightly and garnish with maraschino cherry.
Notice the change in drinking glasses. Tom made a bunch of these for our guests and grabbed my sister’s drink instead of his own for the tasting photo. Ha!
“How is it?”
“Sweet.”
The Verdict: Good
From The Tasting Notes –
This was good, but sweet. Mostly tasted like vodka and pineapple juice. A light flavor of cherry, but nothing outstanding. But it made a good drink for a party!
The Pink Pussycat tasted great! I’m going to try the Pink Panther also.
