 1 hard-boiled eggchopped
 1 tbsp pickle relish
 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Blend together cervelat, hard-cooked egg, pickle relish, and mayonnaise. Spread on a slice of enriched white bread and cover with another slice of bread.
