 1 small onionminced
 1 clove garlicminced
 ½ cup butter
 1 ½ tsp dry mustard
 2 tbsp chili powder
 1 cup ketchup
 ½ cup vinegaror lemon juice
 ½ cup water
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add dry mustard, chili powder, ketchup, vinegar, water, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Boil 5 minutes till thick.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
