Meatballs
 1 pound ground beef
 1 eggbeaten slightly
 ½ cup fine dry bread crumbs
 1 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
 Vegetable oil
Sauce I
 1 cup cola drink
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
 2 tsp catsup (ketchup)
 1 tsp msg
 ½ tsp pepper
 ¼ tsp dry mustard powder
Sauce II
 ¾ cup catsup (ketchup)
 ½ cup water
 ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 3 drops hot pepper sauce
 1 tbsp chopped onion
 2 tbsp firmly packed light brown sugar
 1 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 1 tsp dry mustard
  tsp cayenne pepper

Combine beef, egg, crumbs, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 16 1-inch balls. Brown slowly in oil over medium flame. Shake skillet occasionally to produce an even browning and to keep balls round. Drain off fat. Pour Sauce I or Sauce II over balls; simmer 10 minutes. Serve warm with cocktail picks.
Yield: 6 servings
