 Hard-boiled eggs
 Easter Egg Dye
 2 tsp grated onion
 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
 Mayonnaise

Remove all yolks from whites. Color the whites with Easter egg colors. Let dry and fill with yolk filling. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes a pretty dish for Easter.

Yolk Filling

Mash yolks, add onions, relish and enough mayonnaise to moisten.
