Tested Recipe!
1 small packaged lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup meat stockor 1 cup water plus 4 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp paprika
3 cups ground cooked corned beefor canned corned beef
1 tbsp grated onion
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water

Add meat stock, Worcestershire sauce and paprika. Chill

When slightly thickened fold in corned beef, onion and mustard

Turn into loaf pan. Chill until firm. Unmold.

Serve in slices on crisp lettuce. Garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs or tomato wedges.
