From My Mother's Personal Recipe Collection, 1977

 1 pound ground beef
 ½ cup bread crumbs
  cup minced onion
 ¼ cup milk
 1 egg
 1 tbsp parsley
 1 tsp salt
  tsp pepper
 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
 ¼ cup oil
 1 bottle chili sauce12 oz
 1 jar grape jelly or cranberry sauceapprox 10 oz.

Mix the first 9 ingredients and shape into balls. Brown in oil. Take out and drail oi. Mix in chili sauce and jelly. Stir constantly till jelly is melted. Add meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
