 2 tbsp cocoa, more if desired
 ½ pt whipped cream, sweetened to taste
 12 2-section graham crackers

Add cocoa to sweetened cream. Frost each cracker separately with whipped cream mixture making a stack. Frost top and sides of loaf. Chill overnight. Slice and serve.
