½ ripe avocado
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 dash salt
¼ cup French dressing

Peel half a ripe avocado, mash, and blend in 1 tsp mayonnaise and dash of salt. Beat in ¼ cup French dressing.

Very good on orange and grapefruit sections - also other fruits.
