Shrimp Mold

 1 envelope plain gelatin
 1 can chicken broth10 3/4 oz can
 8 oz cooked shrimp
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 ¼ cup chili sauce
 2 tbsp sliced ripe olives
 2 tbsp chopped pimiento
 ¼ tsp garlic salt
 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Sprinkle gelatin over broth; heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened. Combine with remaining ingredients. Turn into 3-cup mold. Chill until set.
Yield: 4 servings
