From Heinz Ketchup
Tested Recipe
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
⅓ cup chopped green pepper
¼ cup butter or margarine
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup10 1/2 oz
⅓ cup ketchup
2 tbsp milk
½ cup grated process American cheese
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp salt
4 hard-cooked eggssliced

Saute mushrooms and pepper in butter until tender. Add soup and remaining ingredients except for eggs. Heat, stirring, until cheese melts; add eggs. Serve over hot chow mein noodles or rice.
Yield: 4-5 servings
