Chocolate Icing

Yields1 Serving

  cup milk
  cup butter
 1 ¼ cups sugar
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 tsp vanilla
 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate

Combine milk, butter, sugar, salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil for 45 seconds. Take off heat and whisk in chocolate and vanilla. Immediately pour over baked goods.
