From Appletizing Apple Recipes, 1950

1 package red gelatin
1 package green gelatin
1 cup whipping cream
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup diced apples, unpared
1 tbsp salad dressing
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup diced marshmallows

Prepare each gelatin separately and chill until set.

Whip together cream, cream cheese, and salad dressing until very thick.

Cut gelatin into cubes and fold all remaining ingredients into a whipped mixture.

Serve immediately!
