Frankfurter Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1½ lbs ground beef
  • ½ cup fine dry breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • Dash pepper
  • 3 Frankfurters
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
Instructions
  1. Mix thoroughly ½ cup soup and next 6 ingredients.
  2. In shallow baking dish, shape half the mixture to form the bottom of a meatloaf 7x5". Top with frankfurters place lengthwise. Cover with remaining meat mixture, pressing firmly around frankfurters to form loaf.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  4. Combine remaining soup and mustard. Spread over loaf and bake for 5 more mins.
