Put in a little vodka and you have your self some Bloody Mary aspic!
Admittedly, one does not often see a tomato aspic that firm and stately these days. I actually think it sounds rather delicious. All the ingredients are more or less natural, and the flavors work together: tomato, oregano, horseradish, Worcestershire. Take the shrimp out of it, and you almost have a jellied gazpacho.
How are you supposed to eat that and why would you? Congealed Seafood/Bloody Mary minus the Vodka?
