- 1 jigger gin
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Shake well with ice; strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with button marigold if desired.
According to the 2-in-1 Recipe Card, this cocktail is an authentic Prohibition cocktail, where the smoothness of honey was used to cut the sting of bathtub gin.
Or, in Tom’s case, any gin.
