    “Garnish with radish roses and ripe olives -as pictured-.”
    Why is “as pictured” italicized? Why is this so important? If you garnish some other way, will your loved ones reject the whole meal and demand tuna aspic instead??

    Haha this is another one that sounds absolutely delicious to me! OK, I would likely sub chopped roasted peppers for the insipid pimientos.
