Hey Retroruth! Just stumbled across your blog from another website and had to say it cracked me up! (And not just because we have the same name, either.) I grew up in the era of these recipes and remember my mom trying to get my brother and me to eat some of them. Some succeded and I have fond memories of them. Others, well, not so much, but our dog at the time really liked them! I look forward to reading more of your adventues with them, and Tom’s taste testing.
