    Maybe if they were baconburgers…

Ewwww – The pancakes look like snake heads eating the hamburgers.

Funny all the directions needed to make hamburger patties and pancake mix pancakes! I guess this hamburgers and pancake combo isn’t much stranger than the chicken and waffle craze popular now.

I guess I’m weird or something, but I find the idea strangely appealing. It’s like some bizarre take on Chicken and Waffles.

Just discovered your blog and I love it! Pancakes and hamburger patties were a staple at my house growing up in the 60s, although my Mom didn’t ever serve them folded over like that and we weren’t allowed to treat them as finger food. (and she never “whisked them out to the buffet table” Lol) Oh, and no, we did not eat them with relishes. We ate the pancakes with butter and syrup with the patties on the side. Something about the sweet syrup and savory meat that is oddly satisfying.
