You can hardly go wrong with Spam or cream of mushroom soup … but together? Maybe with Velveeta!

Just found your website (& Erica’s) and am in love with both! After reading many posts, saw this one & Had to comment because I have a recipe similar to this from my grandma that we still make today (though not often 🙂 ). I’ve searched for it before to see if anyone else made it & found nothing except this exact recipe & it was closest. The fam recipe calls it “spam boats” – kind of in between this and the ham boat recipe you posted. It’s actually delicious (very surprisingly) & this is coming from everyone (including me & other young family members that have lived all over & eaten all levels of food). Silly, but nostalgic & thank you. Could send a scan of the vintage recipe if you wanted… Don’t know if everyone would be happy w/giving away a family “secret” though! 🙂 But i do I think Tom would enjoy

Hi Lorisa! Your guess is probably as good as mine, but I would start out at 350 degrees and heat them for 10 minutes. If that isn’t enough, then leave them in longer! 🙂
