    This is the Baker’s coconut booklet, isn’t it? The one with various coconut-encrusted animal shaped cakes made from cut up sheet cakes? My mother made me a cake out of this cookbook-let every year growing up…and that was in the 80s/90s, so she’d saved it from when she was a kid.
    I LOVED getting to pick out my preferred animal – minus the coconut – each year.

      This one is actually from a Cool Whip cookbook, but I am pretty sure the original version of this came from a Baker’s coconut cookbook! Good eye! I love those books.
