Oh my gawd, thank you for posting this! My Mom used to make this – from this very Knox book! – and I used to love it. It brings back memories for sure.
I’m torn about whether I should make it – could it possibly taste as good as I remember? I’m dubious. Anyway, my Mom is going to get a kick out of this!
