    I just don’t know if I could eat that. Goodness knows I’ll have to try some Victorian aspics at some point but the thought of it right now leaves me numb. Are you going to try it out? Or have you already?

    I must admit I WOULD be impressed if anyone served these to me. Aspic is some sort of mysterious otherworldly thing to me. At least this looks less frightening than one big mold does. I just don’t know if I could bear beef Jello.
