Uncle Vincent’s Chess Pie – Too Good Tuesdays

Yum! I found this handwritten recipe card tucked in a Swedish Cookbook from the 1930’s that I recently picked up at Salvation Army. The best part is that the pie is noted as “A Favorite of Elvis”.  I don’t know who Uncle Vincent was, but I like his style!
